Location • Luxembourg and France (Travel needed to Geneva) Overview We are looking for a Programme Director to lead a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme for major international non-profit organisation. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities at the highest level. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee a large-scale Oracle transformation programme. • Define and manage programme governance, delivery, and execution strategy • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery • Manage programme risks, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate cross-functional teams across: o HCM o ERP (Finance) o SCM • Drive successful delivery in complex, multi-country environments Required Skills & Experience • Extensive experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes • Strong understanding of: o HCM o ERP (Finance) o Supply Chain • Proven track record: o Leading large transformation programmes within non-profit organisations o Experience working with international institutions (EU bodies, NGOs, financial institutions) o Managing senior stakeholders / C-level Profile • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills • Experience in matrix and global environments • Familiarity with multi-country deployments and regulatory environments• Fluent in English
