We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support strategic change initiatives in Amsterdam. This role requires full onsite presence and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Dutch language proficiency is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing change management strategies across large-scale transformations, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and resistance management. Key Responsibilities: Develop Change Management Strategies: Design and execute change plans aligned with project and organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, analyze, and actively engage key stakeholders to build support and commitment. Communication Planning: Create and deliver impactful communication plans and materials to ensure transparency and engagement. Training Support: Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver effective learning programs and materials. Impact Assessment: Evaluate change impacts across people, processes, and systems; identify risks and mitigation strategies. Monitor & Measure: Track adoption, gather feedback, and refine change strategies as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, project managers, and other stakeholders to embed change initiatives smoothly. Champion for Change: Promote a positive mindset and support a culture of change across the organization. Requirements Proven experience in organizational change management for large-scale projects Strong understanding of change frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, etc.) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam 5 days per week Fluency in English; Dutch language proficiency is a plus Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to handle complex environments with multiple stakeholders
