We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered applications for the wealth management and banking domain. You will lead development teams, collaborate with AI/ML engineers to productionize models, and architect secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions leveraging Python, React, and Azure AI services. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor development teams in building full-stack AI-driven web applications for wealth management and banking. Architect and implement scalable solutions using Python backend services and React frontend applications. Design and integrate RESTful APIs and micro services for AI/ML model deployment, data processing, and external system integration. Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces for conversational banking and digital wealth management platforms. Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to productionize machine learning models and LLM applications. Ensure applications meet strict security, compliance, and regulatory standards within financial services. Drive CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps, implement automated testing, and enforce code quality through reviews. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability following best practices.
