Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SAP BODS to extract, transform, and load data across various systems. Create and optimize data mappings, workflows, and jobs for efficient data movement. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through robust data quality rules and validation. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, job performance, and quality issues. Participate in data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects. Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and system integrations. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience working with SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS). Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing principles. Experience in SQL, relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), and data integration best practices. Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and quality management. Good understanding of SAP ECC / S4HANA data structures is a plus. Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
