Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into executable decision logic. Develop, test, and maintain rule artifacts (rule flows, decision tables, rule sets) using IBM Rule Designer. Integrate ODM rules with enterprise applications via RESTSOAP APIs. Manage and configure Decision Center for rule governance and collaborative rule management. Optimize rules performance and ensure scalability of the rule execution environment. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for ODM development. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and deployment guidelines. Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis for rule-related defects. Stay updated with IBM ODM product enhancements and recommend adoption of new features where applicable.7 years of IT experience, with 5 years in IBM ODM development. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Rule Designer, Decision Center, RES (Rule Execution Server).Solid understanding of JavaJ2EE, XML, JSON, and web service integration. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and CICD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
