Roles and responsibilities: Dispatch Engineer will visit the spoke sites and deploy the laptop to end users as per schedule. Laptop handover and user walk-through of Win 11 Take back the users old device, post successful handover and set upon old device. Address user queries for newly deployed laptop. Box the old devices and ready them for courier pick up. Co-ordinate with scheduling and project management teams at offshore via PM. Requirements Must have skills: Laptop Build process Autopilot, manual provisioning. Asset handling and stocking End user handling. Experience in helping user set up MFA, VPN, office etc. Experience in device roll-out. Project Management: Experience in laptop rollout project. Experience in working in Hub and Spoke framework.
