Job Title: DevOps Engineer – CyberArk Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid/On-site) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and collaborative DevOps Engineer with strong CyberArk experience to join our Amsterdam-based team. You’ll be responsible for delivering and maintaining critical Privileged Access Management (PAM) services using CyberArk and associated tools. You’ll work in a DevOps/SCRUM environment and contribute to the security, stability, and scalability of our access infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of PAM services built on CyberArk and related products such as Conjur. Manage and maintain privileged access across diverse platforms including Linux and Oracle. Participate in the design, development, deployment, and support of CyberArk components (e.g., PSM, PSMP, CPM, OPM). Write and maintain test cases to ensure continuous security and functional validation. Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence and ensure source code/versioning is current. Participate in upgrades, patches, and emergency fixes occasionally outside office hours (24/7 standby, on a rotational basis – extra time compensated). Use Azure DevOps and Teams for task tracking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement role-based access control and respond to audit-driven access requests. Requirements Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk and its ecosystem (MUST). Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and best practices. Experience with additional CyberArk modules like Conjur, PSM, PSMP, CPM, OPM (highly desirable). Background in DevOps, software engineering, or system integration within large-scale environments. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies. Strong scripting/programming capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash). Experience with role-based access controls, access auditing, and security best practices. Soft Skills Strong communicator with fluency in English.
