Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for wealth banking solutions. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process and product improvement. Develop and maintain business process models (BPMN) to illustrate current and future-state workflows. Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams. Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews. Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and reports to technical and non-technical audiences. Assist in managing project activities from design to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in the Wealth Banking domain is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation. Proficiency in Business Process Modeling (BPMN) or similar techniques. Familiarity with project management fundamentals and methodologies. Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Technical proficiency with requirements management tools; basic SQL or database skills for data analysis is a plus.
