Role Overview
The VIP Account Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with high-value customers, ensuring exceptional service and personalized support. They proactively engage with VIPs to understand their preferences and deliver tailored experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they curate exclusive events, promotions, and rewards. Through data analysis and strategic insight, they enhance engagement and retention across the VIP portfolio.
What We Expect From You:

Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.

Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.

Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.

Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.

Requirements

Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken

Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role
