Role Overview
The French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist serves as the dedicated point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering seamless and professional service across phone, email, and chat channels. They tackle complex, industry-specific challenges with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring every customer concern is resolved with confidence. Through careful CRM documentation, they keep the international team aligned and informed, contributing to a well-connected global operation. Collaborating across a cross-functional team, they handle high-impact issues for world-class brands while continuously expanding their product knowledge and service expertise through ongoing training.

Requirements
