The MRO coordinator is accountable for the end-to-end coordination and performance monitoring of ML2/ML3 MRO activities, ensuring cost, delivery, and quality objectives are met, and acting a key escalation point between EPI, MRO shop and customer.
YOUR TASKS
Accountabilities:
- Be accountable for the end-to-end coordination and performance of ML2/ML3 MRO activities, ensuring contractual, cost, quality and delivery commitments
- Ensure on time execution and closure of engine and module/LRU events, including monitoring of key milestones and deviations
- Own the management and escalation of MRO risk and deviation, in coordination with MRO shops and internal stakeholders
- Be accountable for accurate and timely MRO reporting to internal management and external customers
Responsibilities:
MRO operational coordination:
- Act as the primary operational interface between EPI and all MRO shops
- Coordinate engine, module and LRU induction in line with the approved planning and priorities
- Ensure smooth execution of MRO activities, from induction to return into service
Contractual & delivery follow up:
- Monitor MRO contractual milestones, including delivery dates, scope and invoicing readiness
- Proactively follow up on schedule deviation and support definition of mitigation actions with MRO shops and internal stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and perform Reporting, i.p. support Airbus, Export customers & OCCAR reporting for ML2/ML3 activities
Cost and technical follow up:
- Perform cost monitoring and evaluation of engine and module MRO events versus estimated
- Review by sampling check MRO documentation (WR, IIR, SFR, SVR, PO, Parts List and EASA F1)
- Clarify deviations with MRO shops and support definition of the commercial way forward when required
Logistics, interfaces and technical follow up:
- Coordinate shipment of assets to and from MRO shops and customers
- Raise and allow BFx request to Airbus or Parents Compagnies as required
- Support internal department requiring MRO related inputs or coordination
Reporting and continuous improvement:
- Monitor MRO KPIs and provide regular reporting to internal management and external stakeholder
- Ensure visibility on ML2/ML3 order status from SAP creation through invoicing
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to updates of MRO related procedures and BIC documentation
YOUR PROFILE
Experience and background:
- Education: Master’s degree
- Specialization: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an MRO, engine, or maintenance coordination environment
- Proven exposure to engine and/or modules maintenance activities (ML2/ML3 preferred)
- Experience working with external MRO shops and internal multidisciplinary teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, quality)
- Familiarity with contractual and delivery follow-up in a certified aviation environment
Technical and Operational skills:
- Good understanding of engine and maintenance processes
- Ability to read and challenge MRO technical and contractual documentation
- Knowledge of Part 145 environment and associated quality requirements
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- English fluent (working language with MRO’s and customers)

- Strong coordination and prioritization skills in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to anticipate issue, manage deviations, and escalate appropriately
- Autonomous, structured, and solution oriented
- Comfortable communicating with customers and external partners
- Able to operate under time pressure and operational constraints
