The Opportunity
We are looking for a Change Portfolio Manager to take ownership of our enterprise-wide change agenda鈥攕haping, prioritising, and delivering initiatives that will define the future of our business.
This is not just a delivery role. It is about connecting strategy to execution, bringing clarity to complexity, and ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable impact.
You will work at the heart of the organisation, partnering with senior leadership, underwriting, claims, and technology teams to deliver a multi-year transformation roadmap.
What You Will Be Doing

Own the end-to-end change portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategy and delivering value

Partner closely with executive leadership (OpsCo) to shape and steer key initiatives

Lead and develop a high-performing change team, including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers

Manage dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives

Embed best-practice governance, delivery standards, and reporting across the portfolio

Oversee budgets and benefits realisation, ensuring measurable outcomes

Act as the bridge between business and technology to ensure successful delivery of IT-enabled change

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What We Are Looking For

Proven experience leading portfolio, programme, or large-scale change initiatives

Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to align delivery to business objectives

Confident stakeholder influencer, comfortable engaging at executive level

Experience working across business and technology teams

Proactive, organised, and delivery-focused
Desirable Experience

Background in insurance, financial services, or consulting

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile

Experience working in an international or multi-country environment

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or portfolio management systems
