What you need:

Ruby on Rails expert: Strong, hands-on experience in building complex web & mobile backends.

Database knowledge: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.

Cloud & Infra: Experience with AWS/GCP/Heroku and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

DevOps mindset: Proficiency with Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Quality first: Commitment to TDD (RSpec) and rigorous code testing.

Tooling: Fluent in Git, Unix/Linux CLI, and modern development workflows.
