Netherlands Market Launch

Lead the end-to-end launch of Netherlands inbound supply

Build and scale high-quality Dutch stock supply

Project management of preparation and launch of a localized Dutch Shopify website

Coordinate cross-functional teams including MX, tech, pricing, operations and marketing to ensure a successful launch
Rest of Europe Growth (RoE)

Drive international demand growth via momoxbooks.com (Shopify)
-
Identify and remove customer barriers across markets (UX, pricing, logistics, payments, localisation)
-
Increase inbound supply of English-language books aligned to RoE demand
-
Test and implement growth initiatives across multiple European markets
France Market Support

Support Team France in achieving strong growth on momox-shop.fr
-
Contribute to the growth of owned channels versus marketplaces
-
Share best practices and ensure alignment on international growth strategies
Strategic Expansion
-
Identify and evaluate future focus markets (e.g. Spain, Italy, Poland)

Develop business cases and go-to-market strategies for potential expansions

Collaborate with senior leadership (heads/leads/SMT) on market prioritization and roadmap planning
Cross-functional Leadership
-
Work closely with Product, Tech, Pricing, Supply, and Marketing teams
-
Ensure alignment between supply acquisition and demand generation across markets
-
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to inform decision-making

5+ years in Business Development, Growth, or International Expansion

Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools, data-driven decision making
-
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms/willingness to upskill fast聽

Understanding of pricing, logistics, and supply-demand dynamics
-
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital business models (Shopify preferred)
-
Proven track record in launching or scaling international mark

Moderate travel within Europe (as needed for market development

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on

English (fluent)

Additional European languages are a plus
