The company consists of several subsidiaries fully or partially owned by INA, d.d. The Group's headquarters are located in Zagreb, Croatia. In the field of oil and gas exploration and production, INA currently operates in Croatia and Egypt. Oil refining takes place at the Rijeka Oil Refinery, while sustainable alternative activities are being developed at the industrial site in Sisak. The regional retail network consists of more than 500 retail outlets in Croatia and neighboring countries. INA Group is a member of the MOL Group.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: **
-
cooperation with different organizational units, functions, subsidiary CFOs, and external associates of INA Group
-
participation in the management of INA Group companies’ financing, inter alia through capital increase, credit facility, cash pooling
-
preparation of proposals on subsidiaries’ dividends
-
providing Treasury support, advise in M&A transactions
-
participation in creation of INA Group's treasury management policy and control the application of those rules in subsidiaries.
FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED TO HAVE
-
University degree in Economics/Finance/Business Management
-
knowledge in the field of corporate finance, accounting
-
advanced knowledge of the English language
-
advanced knowledge of MS Office package.
