Sourcing Intern

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Sourcing teams are responsible for conducting procurement procedures up to contracting for tenders within assigned category group, following defined sourcing process and contributing to implementation of category strategies. They are applying best practice methods in order to achieve optimal results for the Company, in accordance with internal procedures. The purpose of the Sourcing Intern position is to support the team鈥檚 work with these activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide administrative support to sourcing team members and sourcing manager
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the team with reporting-related activities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Gather and analyze data to provide insights to enable team goals
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to operational procurement in monitoring and expediting of deliveries
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to claim management
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to master data management (materials, vendors, categories) of operational procurement
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform all other delegated professional tasks related to Sourcing operation

REQUIREMENTS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ongoing University (MA/MSc) or College (BA/BSc) studies in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Good communication and interpersonal skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analytical and problem-solving thinking
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work in a team environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highly organized
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 English B2, local language is preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Microsoft Office and ERP system knowledge
