Procurement Specialist聽**** (temporary contract)
**The Procurement Specialist **is responsible for managing the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of non-fuels goods and services required by the organization. This role ensures that procurement activities align with company policies, budgetary objectives, and strategic goals. Cooperating closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize costs, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery, while also mitigating risks and fostering supplier relationships.
Requirements:
路聽聽聽 Master鈥檚 degree, preferred: management, administration, economics, logistics
路聽聽聽 Knowledge of purchasing processes and categories,

Your duties will include:

continuously maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring and obtaining supplier qualifications, as well as the supplier evaluation process;

maintaining good relations with internal stakeholders using formal and informal communication tools;

maintaining relationships with MOL Group category managers and alignment in implementing category strategy

articipating in medium- and long-term planning of non-fuel purchases and products and services taking into account purchase prices, requirements for the aforementioned products and services, and market information, in accordance with the company's existing strategy, preparing non-fuel procurement plans

conducting contractor selection procedures for the Company, with particular emphasis on supervising the formal and procedural correctness of the procedures conducted

performing tasks related to Source to Contract processes. In cooperation with relevant business unit representatives, responsibility for preparation of sourcing documentation, evaluation matrix, evaluation methodology, scoring methodology, list of potential bidders, RFI, RFP, RFQ

negotiating the terms of contracts
-
managing the process of evaluating bids in the system, supplier selection, concluding contracts and obtaining signatures in accordance with the Company's regulations effective management of the assigned purchasing category (including identifying and undertaking optimization and cost-saving initiatives)

preparing draft of contracts and annexes, cooperating with Legal and Tax to obtain the required opinions

representing the Procurement unit at the Group and local Company level, participating in initiatives to increase the efficiency of procurement processes

preparing reports on conducted proceedings for the Company's needs,

maintaining an archive of the documentation of conducted proceedings for supplier selection

creating contracts in SAP GOP

creating and submitting to suppliers POs in SAP GOP

requesting MDM to create/modify master data of: suppliers, services and materials
