Operational Procurement Intern

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Operational Procurement as a team is primarily responsible for rule based decision making and does transaction processing in the areas of Low Value Sourcing, Purchase Order Processing, Supplier Contract Administration, Query handling and Reporting, Purchase Order follow up, Delivery expediting, Claims processing, Voucher management, Invoice processing, Query handling and Reporting according to the agreed processes and standards. The purpose of the Operational Procurement Intern position is to support the team鈥檚 work with these activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the monitoring of delivery and coordination/follow-up with supplier before delivery
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support archiving of contract, contract registration (master data) and approval
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support delivery related complaints (invoice, delivery, quality related)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to management of 2nd level complaints and claims
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist accounting in invoice clarification
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to the solution of supplier-related incidents
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to supplier performance evaluation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform all other delegated professional tasks related to Operational Procurement operation

REQUIREMENTS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ongoing University (MA/MSc) or College (BA/BSc) studies in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Good communication and interpersonal skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analytical and problem-solving thinking
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work in a team environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Highly organized
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 English B2 and at least 1 local language (SK or HU)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Microsoft Office and ERP system knowledge
