**** Network Development Planning & Asset Management Team Lead
Your duties will include:
· Responsibility for implementing the MOL Group development strategy in line with annual and multi-annual objectives.
· Supervision of the process of acquiring new locations (greenfield, acquisitions, leases)
· Managing the complete investment process – from potential analysis, through negotiations, to the investment decision.
· Monitoring the quality of market, financial and legal analyses prepared by the team.
· Verification of PAYBACK/NPV/IRR analyses and investment recommendations submitted to the MOL group.
· Responsibility for keeping the project pipeline up to date and reporting progress.
· Coordinating cooperation and information flow between the following departments: legal, financial, technical, operational and marketing, as well as non-fuel offerings.
· Responsibility for the timely and standard-compliant preparation of investment documents.
Requirements:
· Secondary or higher education
· Good knowledge of the real estate market and the petrol station industry
· Ability to think strategically, plan and manage a portfolio of projects
· Developed analytical skills and ability to work with data
· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
· Knowledge of English sufficient for fluent communication
· Practical knowledge of the SAP system
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work in an AutoCAD environment
