Group LPG Sales, Marketing & Supply Manager
Scope:
As Group LPG Sales, Marketing & Supply Manager, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the commercial and supply performance of LPG products (cylinder, bulk, autogas, purified & specialty products) across the Group. This role combines strategic direction, P&L ownership, international coordination, and team leadership.
Main responsibilities:

Managing LPG product-related sales strategies across all channels (MOL SeS, resellers, end-users).

Implementing and supervising the ENT LPG Business Unit’s group-level sales and marketing strategy.

Reviewing domestic and group-level business execution, product and pricing policies.
-
Defining sales channels and customer segments; controlling implementation and evaluating efficiency.

Introducing innovative applications to support continuous development.

Providing professional guidance to Sales, Marketing & Supply Management teams and ENT LPG Sales Managers in OpCos.

Setting business targets (market share, volume, unit margin) per product group and country, and evaluating performance.

Developing and introducing a harmonized Group KPI bonus system.

Coordinating planning processes (business plans, rolling plans).
-
Preparing pricing and commercial policies, managing pricing procedures, and overseeing margin management.

Leading marketing activities such as promotions, events, and communication related to LPG products.

Managing supply processes, including negotiations, contracting and claim handling.

Initiating process development projects and supporting improvement of internal operations.

Exercising full employer’s rights over the organizational unit and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes.
Requirements:

University degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field.

10+ years of senior commercial experience in energy, FMCG, or industrial sectors
-
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
-
Proven experience in international / multi-country environments
-
Advanced English
-
Strong P&L ownership background
