Group DS Senior HR Partner
Location: Budapest
Scope of the position:
The Senior HR Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders, driving the end-to-end implementation of the Group HR strategy across assigned business areas and countries. The role combines HR business partnering with ownership of key HR processes and transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery. It also serves as a key interface between business leaders, HR expert teams, and local HR functions to enable effective collaboration and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted strategic HR advisor to senior business and HR leaders, translating business strategy into effective people, organization and workforce solutions.

Support senior management decision-making on organizational design, leadership, succession, reward, talent and workforce planning topics.

Coordinate and ensure high-quality execution of core annual HR processes across the assigned scope (e.g. performance & compensation, engagement, headcount & OPEX planning, talent and capability programs).

Lead and deliver complex, end-to-end HR projects and transformation initiatives at Group / business level, ensuring timely, high-quality and business-aligned outcomes.

Drive organizational development and change initiatives, including organizational redesigns, restructurings and operating model changes, with structured change management support.

Provide senior-level advisory support on employment frameworks, labor law, HR governance and complex employment cases, in close cooperation with Legal and Employee Relations.

Support development and capability building of HR Business Partner teams through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Oversee HR reporting, analytics and management information, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for business and Group HR stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Country HR teams, Group HR expert functions and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of Group HR initiatives.

Support HR aspects of M&A activities and execute ad hoc assignments as required by senior HR leadership.
Requirements:

College or University degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field

Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a complex, international organization

Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective HR interventions and solutions

Strong HR business partnering mindset with confidence to operate in senior, stakeholder-intensive environments

Advanced user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of SAP HR module is an advantage

Fluent English (working language)

Strong project management and change management skills
