Responsibilities:

Oversee agile projects from initial planning to successful delivery
-
Optimize iteration and delivery processes for maximum efficiency
-
Manage stakeholders, align business expectations, and maintain strong client relationships
-
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI planning, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
-
Identify risks and set priorities in collaboration with product and development teams
-
Support agile teams, ensuring smooth operations and removing impediments
-
Apply and improve agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
-
Continuously enhance processes to increase efficiency and quality
-
Monitor and report on project progress.
-
Manage internal processes (SG process, reporting, procurement, administration).
-
Coordinate with third-party and internal teams (ERP, Infrastructure).
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role
-
Experience in waterfall methodology
-
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
-
Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe)
-
Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
-
Experience in software development projects or a technical background is advantage
-
Experience with Agile project management tools (MS DevOps is advantage).

Experience in multinational company
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economic or a related field is preferred.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written
-
Agile / project management certification is a plus.
