*Accounts Payable team ***coordinator
Scope of the position
Monitors the execution of the entire end-to-end AP process, which includes invoice processing and booking, reconciliations and month end closing activities. Supports the team leader in daily work allocation and reporting tasks.

invoice processing (complex issues, key vendors);
-
be the first point of contact and support in escalations;
-
ensures that ad hoc reporting needs/requirements are delivered on time;
-
preparation of reports and monitors KPIs, based on AP processes;
-
Investigates, proposes and supports the implementation of further AP process improvements/projects;

stakeholder management
-
proactively supports and coordinates closing activities, ensures any accounting errors are resolved on time

coordination of external and internal audit tasks within the team
-
monitors and ensures that SOPs are up to date
-
assist in the maintenance of training materials and perform training on AP-related topics
-
perform any other tasks defined by the line manager or above
Requirements
-
experience in end-to-end AP processes;
-
fluent communication in English;
-
bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or Accountancy is required;

strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
