At Mister Spex, we see performance marketing as a key driver of sustainable growth and meaningful customer connections. As a Working Student in Performance Marketing (m/f/x), you’ll become part of a dynamic, data-driven team and gain hands-on experience in scaling digital campaigns across key marketing channels.

In this role, you’ll actively support campaign execution, reporting, and day-to-day operational processes while learning how performance marketing decisions are made based on data, testing, and continuous optimisation. Working closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to initiatives that directly impact our e-commerce performance.

How you contribute

• Support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across performance channels

• Prepare, analyse, and maintain performance reports to support data-driven decision-making

• Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and operational marketing tasks

• Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities

• Help identify optimisation potentials based on performance insights

• Support coordination and collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders

What you bring

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• Good working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Genuine interest in digital marketing, performance channels, and e-commerce

• Structured, proactive, and reliable working style

• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
