Shape the future of eyewear with us!
We combine innovation and style with unparalleled brand diversity and the highest quality standards – online and offline.
Be our inspiration at #teamspex!
At Mister Spex, category management is where product, creativity, and commercial thinking come together. As a Junior Category Manager, you will support the Category Management team in bringing our product assortment to life across private label, collaborations, and boutique collections.
This role is designed as a strong learning platform, giving you hands-on exposure to product development, partner management, and data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll support product launches from idea to execution, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and gradually build your ownership and expertise within the category.
You will gain a holistic understanding of how products are developed, positioned, and scaled in a dynamic retail environment. Along the way, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues who will support your growth and help you develop both your analytical and commercial skill set.
How you contribute
Support the planning and execution of product launches across private label, collaborations, and boutique collections
Coordinate timelines, track progress, and ensure smooth communication between design, marketing, and external partners
Assist in managing day‑to‑day relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Analyse sales performance, product KPIs, and customer feedback to identify optimisation and improvement opportunities
Conduct market and competitor research to support assortment planning and product decisions
Contribute to campaign planning and content creation in close collaboration with marketing teams
What you bring
First practical experiences in category management, buying, merchandising, consulting, or a similar role
A strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data (Excel required; experience with KPIs is a plus)
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear and structured communication skills, with initial experience working with stakeholders or external partners
Interest in fashion, retail, or consumer products; eyewear experience is a plus, but not required
A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast‑paced environment
Your Benefits
