Your role in the journey
As Desk Manager,** you’ll lead the Front Office team** during your shift, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service. You’ll be the go-to person for both guests and team members, creating a warm and professional atmosphere in our lobby.
Your responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting the Front Office team during your shift.

Training and mentoring new team members and interns.

Ensuring smooth communication with other departments.

Handling administrative and financial tasks related to the shift.

Performing all standard Front Office duties, including check-ins and check-outs in line with LQA standards.

Managing guest inquiries, phone calls and emails with professionalism and care.

Creating a welcoming environment for our international guests and ensuring every stay is memorable.
