As Chef de Partie Pastry, you’ll take ownership of our renowned pastry section, ensuring every creation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You’ll collaborate with outlets such as Grand Café Krasnapolsky, The White Room, Banqueting, In-Room Dining and Bar The Tailor, delivering desserts that elevate every dining experience.
Your responsibilities include:

Managing daily operations within the pastry section.

Preparing and presenting desserts for all F&B outlets.
