Architect, administer, maintain and optimize Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, and hybrid environments.

Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft cloud and hybrid services.

Perform operational and infrastructure tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Design, develop, and maintain automation and scripting solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.

Ensure high standards of documentation, ticket quality, post-incident reports, and knowledge base content.

Take technical ownership of IT projects, from design through implementation.

Mentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level engineers.

Proactively identify opportunities for process, security, and operational improvements.

5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft environments (1000+ users).
-
Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, including hybrid identity deployments.

Strong experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and file services.
-
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.

Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).

Experience designing, administering, and troubleshooting hybrid Azure environments.

Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices (MFA,
-
Conditional Access, RBAC, Privileged Identity Management).

Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V).

Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, preferably Veeam Backup & Replication.

Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or similar enterprise application delivery platforms.

Solid networking knowledge including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewall fundamentals.

Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or similar).

Proven ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and operational procedures.

Experience leading infrastructure projects and acting as a senior escalation point.

Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, MD-102, or MS-700.

Experience with additional cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).

Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (PRTG, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, Datadog, etc.).

Experience with Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks.

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience in regulated or highly compliant enterprise environments.

Additional vendor certifications (VMware, Citrix, Veeam, ITIL).
