Your mission:
- Independently manage operational procurement processes from purchase requisition to order placement
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth material flow
- Maintain and document all procurement activities in the ERP system
- Monitor delivery dates and ensure on-time material availability
- Review order confirmations and invoices and coordinate internal stock transfers
- Maintain material master data and support inventory processes
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training; additional qualifications are an advantage
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing
- Strong technical understanding
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications
- Well-organized, communicative, and assertive personality
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
