Product Manager (all genders)

Your mission:

• You will develop new products for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements and the business cases you create
• You will define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with other product managers, designers, and our development team, and oversee their implementation in an agile development environment
• You enjoy gaining in-depth knowledge of international market trends and customer requirements in the industry, as well as familiarizing yourself with new technologies
• To this end, you are in constant contact with our global sales team and our customers around the world
• You understand our customers and their needs
• You develop go-to-market strategies and work closely with our marketing and other departments to promote new products and features
• Monthly reporting of key metrics to highlight the performance of the products and features under your responsibility
• Working independently and thinking entrepreneurially come naturally to you

Your profile:

• >5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a similar field
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, software development, or a related field
• Experience and strong interest in monitoring battery and PV systems
• You have experience collecting and using quantitative data (e.g., metrics, KPIs) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback) to support product prioritization
• Experience in the renewables industry, as well as technical knowledge in monitoring and control within the energy sector
• Experience with standalone and co-located BESS systems in the utility sector
• Experience in requirements management for LLM-based applications
• Experience with agile methodologies in software development
• Good German and English language skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including via virtual channels
• Ability to analyze and interpret market data
• Presentation skills to promote products internally and to customers
• Ideally, experience with the Microsoft toolchain (MS365, Teams, Power BI, etc.), Jira, and Confluence
