Your role:
You will help build and shape a new rare disease franchise in the Czech market, taking ownership of the local marketing strategy from launch readiness to sustained growth. You will spend around 50% of your time in the field, engaging key stakeholders to ensure strong execution and a deep connection to market needs. You will develop and deliver the country brand plan, localized messaging, and omnichannel campaign content in close collaboration with global marketing and the local field team. The purpose of this role solves the challenge of establishing a new rare disease presence and accelerating appropriate patient access by translating global strategy into high-impact local execution that increases treatment visibility and adoption.
Who you are:

You have 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing in specialty care and/or rare disease areas, with end-to-end ownership of brand strategy and execution

You have experience supporting a new product launch, including launch readiness planning, local roll-out, and post-launch optimization

You can translate insights into a clear brand plan and marketing and communication strategy that drives adoption in a regulated environment

You have hands-on experience creating and localizing omnichannel campaign content across digital and field channels

You are confident engaging and influencing external stakeholders such as health care professionals, referral networks, and patient communities

You have strong cross-functional collaboration skills with functions such as medical, legal, regulatory, market access, and field teams

You have experience managing agencies or vendors and owning a marketing and patient support program budget with clear prioritization

You work with high ownership, are comfortable in a build-up environment, and use data and market research to continuously improve impact
