In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer electronic products.
Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in helping clients navigate product features, troubleshoot issues, and understand warranty and repair processes. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service excellence.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics queries

Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting technical issues

Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently

Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues

Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality

Stay informed about the latest trends in consumer electronics and new product launches
Requirements

Fluency in Slovak and English, with excellent communication skills

Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

Previous experience in customer service, particularly in consumer electronics or retail, is preferred

Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
