In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to gaming services, account management, and game-related issues.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help players navigate the iGaming platform, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to enhancing player satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding iGaming inquiries

Assist customers with account management, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses

Resolve player issues and complaints efficiently and professionally

Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the gaming experience and address player concerns

Provide information about gaming regulations, promotions, and ongoing events

Stay updated on the latest trends in the iGaming industry
Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred

Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
