As a Banking Support Specialist, you will assist our German-speaking clients by providing exceptional support across various digital banking services. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support in German for our digital banking services

Guide clients through online banking processes and transactions

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

No prior banking experience is required; however, experience in customer service is beneficial
