In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them navigate our various tourism services, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience while visiting Greece.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Flemish regarding tourism services, bookings, and travel-related queries

Assist clients throughout the booking process and provide detailed information on available options

Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve client experiences

Requirements

Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
