As a Support Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and challenges related to Fitbit products, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with their devices.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products and services

Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices

Accurately document all customer interactions in our support system

Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
