In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, hospitality services, and customer experiences.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you guide clients through the booking process, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have memorable travel experiences while fostering strong relationships with our brand.
Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries

Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests

Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely follow-up

Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
