In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to their food delivery experiences.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, address order-related questions, and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries

Assist customers with ordering, modifications, cancellations, and tracking their deliveries

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally

Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure timely service

Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and address any areas for improvement

Stay updated on food delivery trends and promotions to inform customers effectively
Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills

Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred

Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
