In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, helping them navigate our tourism services, and ensuring they receive the best possible assistance while enjoying their time in Greece. Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in Croatian regarding tourism services, accommodations, and activities

Provide detailed information and support to clients throughout their travel journey

Resolve issues and troubleshoot challenges that clients may encounter during their stay

Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings

Stay updated on tourism trends and services available in Greece
Requirements

Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
