Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Arabic-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Arabic-speaking clients, providing tailored customer solutions that meet their needs and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Arabic-speaking clients

Requirements

Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
