As a representative, you will assist clients in Portuguese, helping them with inquiries related to shipping, delivery, and logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and courier services, including tracking shipments, delivery times, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.

Provide clear and accurate information about shipping options, pricing, and logistics solutions available.

Assist customers with resolving any issues related to their shipments, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about logistics trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant advice to customers.
Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or courier sector.
