Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service in Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Document all customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up as needed.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
