This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer support and are fluent in Italian. As a representative, you will engage with customers in Italian, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries effectively via phone, email, and chat in Italian, addressing product and service questions.

Provide accurate information regarding billing, accounts, and company policies.

Assist customers with troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with products or services.

Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
