In this role, you will be the face of our client鈥檚 customer service team, providing exceptional support to Greek-speaking customers who need assistance with a variety of inquiries related to our products and services.
Responsibilities

Assist Greek-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing helpful solutions.

Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and account management.

Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to ensure consistent support and improvements.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to inform customers accurately.
Requirements

Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
