Key Responsibilities

Engage with German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding customer support.

Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities while ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Provide information and guidance on travel destinations, services, and industry trends.

Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate effective follow-ups.

Stay knowledgeable about travel regulations, industry updates, and various destinations to better assist clients.
Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is beneficial.
