Your Key Responsibilities:

Source, engage, and interview talented candidates across diverse industries, utilizing your recruitment skills and industry connections.

Closely work with clients to gain a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and present them with qualified candidates that meet their expectations.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering support and insights to ensure a positive experience.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting exciting job descriptions to negotiating terms of employment.

Deliver regular reports and updates to the management team about recruitment progress and candidate engagement.

Stay abreast of market trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies.
Requirements

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.

Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous but not essential—drive and passion are what we're looking for!
