Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated German Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in Online Banking and Digital Finance. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with support and guidance in navigating our online banking services and digital financial products.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding online banking procedures and digital finance inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
