Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat in German.

Assist customers with the booking process, changes to itineraries, and any travel-related concerns.

Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for consistent follow-up and record-keeping.

Collaborate with travel agents and various departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Stay informed about travel regulations, destination updates, and company promotions to assist customers effectively.
Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
