This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality customer support and have an interest in the manufacturing sector. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products, order status, and pricing via phone, email, and chat in German.

Provide detailed information on product specifications, lead times, and after-sales support.

Assist customers with issues related to orders and deliveries, ensuring timely resolutions.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

Collaborate with production and logistics teams to improve service delivery and product availability.

Stay informed about manufacturing processes and product updates to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
