As a representative, you will assist customers in German, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive the guidance they need to protect their interests.
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries regarding consumer protection services, rights, and processes via phone, email, and chat in German.

Provide accurate information on consumer laws, regulations, and available support services.

Assist customers in filing complaints and understanding their rights and options.

Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Document all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer concerns.

Stay informed about updates in consumer protection regulations and trends to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
